I used the art style of Manga artist; Iou Kuroda as my technical alternative as I like comic book style art. Kuroda uses powerful brush strokes and cross hatching to bring his drawings to life and make them appear like they're in fast motion.His style of drawing is unstable and is one of the main reasons I like it. However, I decided to focus on his use of hatching to really define the different tones of my object and make it seem more realistic than my first, but still retain that ideal comic book effect. I like this style because it plays with the line between the real and unreal.
